Access & Delivery

Skelora Pro is a fully digital product. There is nothing to post, so there is no physical shipping — everything reaches you online. This page explains how and when.

No physical delivery

We do not ship anything by courier or mail. Your subscription is access to the online dashboards, the weekly briefing email and the downloadable quarterly report. There are no shipping fees and no delivery addresses to enter.

When access begins

After you send the subscribe form, an analyst confirms your request and sends an invoice. Once payment is arranged, we open your account and email your login — usually the same working day and always within one business day. From that moment the full dashboards and archive are available to you.

The weekly briefing

The data briefing goes out every Monday to the email on your account. If a briefing does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then tell us and we will resend it. You can adjust which desk emails you receive at any time.

The quarterly report

The quarterly market report is published four times a year. Pro members receive a link to read and download it as soon as it ships, and it stays in your archive afterwards. Annual members also get an invitation to the analyst office hours that follows each report.

If access does not arrive

If you have paid and have not received your login within one working day, write to [email protected]. We will sort it out quickly. Refunds for access problems are covered in our Refund Policy.
